Det 20 århundredes største entertainer - stemmen og crooner Frank Sinatra indspillede størstedelen af dette helt unikke julealbum med et 37 mands orkester.
"The Christmas Collection" indeholder for første gang de tretten mest populære Frank Sinatra julesange gennem de sidste 50 år. Desuden prydes albummet med fem helt eksklusive bonus tracks. Tre af disse fra en optagelse i 1957, der aldrig tidligere har været udgivet og med Bing Crosby som gæst på "White Christmas" og "The Christmas Song".
På albummet finder vi også det mest efterspurgte Frank Sinatra track i nyere tid - den meget sjældne optagelse af "Silent Night" - Sinatras allersidste optagelse inden hans død i maj 1998.
